This wildcrafting journal is a source for magic when it comes to wild, medicinal, edible plants, herbs, and fungi.

Let it be your guide to record and map out your harvests each sesaon, and even seasons to come. Plot off your weeks, fill your knowledges, and allow your habitats to flourish.

When wildcrafting, keep these things in mind!

• Find the poisonous or toxic plants most common to your area and get to know those first.
• Always practice sustainable wildcrafting ethics, and Leave No Trace model.
• Only harvest plants where you can see over 100 of the same, taking only 10% from each 100.
• Do not take whole plants if you do not need them, only harvest what you will use, and always bury your holes when digging roots.
• Shake your mushrooms or seed heads for dispersal of new growth, and never just rip either out of the earth, use a clean cut.
• Collect in mesh, baskets or paper bags so your mushroom spores can fall out, and your plants can breathe.
• Come back to the same area every season to track its changes, are you making it better or worse?
