F*** This Cold

Our F*** This Cold tea was purposefully formulated for use at the onset of a cold or before one even starts! It helps to warm the body and encourages a fever to do its job.

Here's what we put in it:

• Yarrow, Elderflower, and Elderberry for their powerful anti-viral properties, making this tea the perfect natural remedy for any cough and cold.
• Monarda species for their antiseptic compounds, also giving this tea a powerful kick against fevers.
• And lastly, orange peel is high in vitamin C, giving you an immunity boost when you need it most!

*Use 1 tablespoon per cup of hot water. Steep 5-15 minutes.*

Key Ingredients:

• Yarrow - Yarrow is used in tea for colds because of its ability to warm and cool the body depending on which direction is needed. If there is a fever to stoke it will help heat it up, if the fever needs to cool down it will assist with that as well, this is called being a diaphoretic herb.
• Elderflower - Elderflower is a natural tea for fevers as it helps as a diaphoretic assisting the body to warm up and then cool down when the fever breaks.
• Elderberry - Elderberry is a tea for colds as it helps raise the function of the immune system to help fight off the pathogens making you sick.
• Monarda species -- Monarda, beebalm, or also called wild bergamot is a spicy plant that has a similar flavor to oregano, but carries more of a sweetness. It is an herbal tea that helps to raise the body's temperature when it is feverish. Fevers are good and should be nourished, not put out with NSAIDS--unless too high, 104 or higher.
