Class is February 21st from 5-6:30PM at the Gunnison Shop.

Join Briana Wiles and Jessica Sylvanson for a combo class of all natural self care and yoga while on your pregnancy journey.

Jessica is trained in pregnancy Kundalini yoga and is going to be starting a 6 week, weekly class! Stop in to meet her and do a half an hour of yoga. We will discuss day that works best for participants to join in on the 6 week yoga journey.

Briana will teach everyone to make a Belly Balm, Pregnancy Tea, & Sitz Bath. She will discuss other ways to take care of yourself while growing a tiny human, give herbal advice, and other recipes for postpartum care. 

Bring Home:

2 ounces of Pregnancy Tea

2 ounces of Belly Balm

2 ounces of Sitz Bath
