Lavandula Angustifolia
Lavandula angustifolia
Lavender is one of the most well known herbs for relaxation. It can calm an upset stomach or unwind the nervous system. Lavender essential oil is: Sweet, Floral, Herby The only essential oil I ever suggest to use straight (or neat) on the skin, as an application for burns, it soothes it when applied directly after the burn happens, but definitely over used to the point that people now have lavender sensitives to essential oil.
